The event introduced the trend of using Agile method in project management organized by PMI Chapter in Hanoi. Mentor of Pm - Self - Study is honored to participate in this event and has accompanied the program to have many exciting events in the future.

The concept of Agile (short for Agile Software Development) means flexible software development method, applied in software development process. Now, Agile also attracts CEOs, becoming a common method in project management. Agile project management has great benefits, especially in the field of information technology because time is what determines the fate of the product. Since information technology has developed rapidly, the time to make products since a few months has dropped to several weeks, then from a few weeks to just a few days. If you spend too much time developing a software, it is likely that product requirements will change drastically at the end of the time when it is put to use, which makes agility a key issues. Agile also allows the software development team to work faster by dividing the work into different sprint stages, from which we can easily integrate into the product development process specific progress appropriate.
