Instructions for processing files that were audit before the exam?
If you have a PMI audit profile, the first thing you need to do is to ensure that this audit is just a procedure for PMI to evaluate the quality of their application process, not due to something serious in your profile. PMI's website will send you detailed instructions for the steps you follow.
After following the steps that PMI instructs, you need to put all your records in a single envelope to be sent because otherwise it will be considered invalid and the PMI will fail the record.
Finally you need to select a courier service to send to the address that PMI requires. We recommend that you choose Vietnam Post service to send because it is cheaper than others like DHL, UPS, ...
PMI will notify you via email when receiving your application and will process your application within 5 working days. If your profile passes an audit round, PMI will send you an email notifying you and you are allowed to register for the exam immediately. In case the file fails, PMI will send an email and you will need to clarify the points that PMI requires. 1- Which unit to send documents to PMI?
You can use any delivery service, but PMI will not accept fax or email. Send your application to: PMI Global Operations Center Attention: Certification Audit 14 Campus Boulevard Newtown Square, PA 19073-3299 USA.
2 - How long will it take to know if the file has a pass?
Audit records will be processed within 1 week after PMI is received. When the audit pass, you will receive email notifications and exam schedule information.
3 - Are you able to register for the exam when you are subject to audit audit?
Of course not! Candidates are only allowed to take examinations when they have passed the audit round and have confirmation. Without confirmation of the audit round, you can only see the test date and number of seats at the test site.
4 - What if not pass when audit?
If the audit fails, the test fee minus the audit processing fee will be refunded. Issues related to audit will then be resolved specifically with the Certification Department.
5 - Does PMI return records without pass when audit?
No, PMI will store these records.
6 - Does the audit file get security PMI?
Certainly, it will be confidential and not shared with any other organization except for law-related and PMI-related cases.
7 - Does the authentication form need to be notarized?
Is not.
8 - Does PMI accept electronic signatures?
Is not.
9 - Does PMI contact the student's manager to confirm the information?
Sometimes. PMI has the right to contact your manager in case of questions regarding the confirmation of information.
10 - Are diplomas and training certificates required to send originals?
Is not. The copy is enough. PMI understands the value of these certificates with candidates and PMI cannot guarantee to return the original certificate if you send it to us.
11 - Does the Vietnamese training certificate need to be translated into English?
Candidates should send a copy of the certificate and a letter from the translator summarizing the certificate.
12 - If I have completed a training course at a PMI-authorized unit, do I need to request that the unit confirm or PMI will do it for me?
PMI will not work with authorized units. Candidates must contact the training provider to make necessary certifications.
