Exam's Register Guide
Instructions for completing the rules and procedures before taking the exam.
HOW TO EXAM TAKING REGISTER?
Step 1. Prepare information
PMI requires you to meet the conditions of experience and education before you register. You will need to give PMI detailed information about your experience and educational level. So it's best to collect and prepare this information before you open the registration application.

Step 2. Declare information
Once you have collected all the information, you need to create an account and use PMI's online registration system at PMI.org. Information to be declared online includes:
Tip: Please use our provided declaration form to summarize information before registering online. If not, you will encounter many difficulties and take a long time to complete the registration.
Step 3. Review information
When the PMI received your submission for application, the PMI will verify your experience and education level is valid and in accordance with PMI principles.
Normally, the time to process applications will take 5 to 10 days. When completed, PMI will email you to move to the next step. If PMI has any questions or problems with your application, PMI will send you additional instructions and instructions via email.
Note: A subscription percentage is randomly selected for further testing (Audit). The purpose of the audit is to improve the reliability of the registration program and the registrant's information. The processing of records when Audit will be instructed in detail below.
Step 4. Payment
After the PMI informs you that your application has been approved, the next thing you need to do is pay the exam fee. PMI provides an online payment program for you to easily complete the job.
Note: You need to have a visa account with the minimum amount needed to pay. After receiving the payment, PMI will send you the registration code to use to schedule your exam. You are eligible for a one-year exam and you can take the exam up to three times in that year without re-declaring the record.
Step 5. Schedule a test
For all certifications, except CAPM, you will register for Prometric's web exam schedule. Schedule an online test at Prometric.com/PMI using the code you have been issued by PMI when making a payment. After that, all the rest is waiting for the registered time to take the test.
Note:
- In Vietnam, the only test site at Nhat Nghe Center - Ho Chi Minh City. See the address of Nhat Nghe Center here.
- The best time to schedule a test: Before a month compared to the time you intend to take the exam because many people will register for the exam at the same time as you and you will not be able to register if the schedule is too close to the time of the exam exam.

There are many ways to get 35 required PDUs before taking the exam. The easiest and lowest cost way is to register a short-term online course at an organization authorized by PMI. For example: https://www.udemy.com/

- Contact information: Email, address, phone number;
- Education level: The school has studied, the level of education achieved, the date of degree issuance;
- Experience: Listing the projects, programs, and portfolios that you have joined in details include the qualifying hours, working days, roles, Name of Organization, references and summaries of experiences;
- Training: Names of completed courses, Name of Training organizations, eligible date;
