A course organized by Vietnam Project Management Institute with Mentor's Leader Le Quyet Thang leads and transmits directly. The group consists of members from different industry including: IT, construction, telecommunications. Each student has different experiences and qualifications but is very enthusiastic and highly motivated in reviewing and getting the PMP Professional Project Management certificate.

Initially the group encountered the following difficulties:

Limited study time (2-3 hours / day)
Limited English skills
No knowledge of international standard project management background
Lack of training materials and tools
Do not know where to start and how to revise effectively

Based on the difficulties of the participants and evaluation of the group's goals, Mentor Le Quyet Thang has developed a roadmap for learning to allocate knowledge but still ensure concentration and improve the ability to practice.

Students' benefits in the course:

Participate in Mentors offline study group 1 session (2 hours) / week for 6 months. In the classes, mentor introduce international standard project management knowledge and integrate with practical examples in project management in Vietnam.
Receive schedule sheet for every day, each specific month.

Use the Tool to test by Chapter Test knowledge, Process Groups Test
Use Tools to simulate real tests with over 3,000 questions.

At the end of the offline course, there was 01 student who passed the PMP exam first try. The remaining members also learned the method of effective learning and standard knowledge under the PMI project management framework and are ready to register for the exam after arranging personal work.
