It can be said that motivation is a universal key, helping you overcome all difficulties to complete the job. Therefore, sometimes you have to motivate yourself to achieve your goals.
Here are methods to help you build and maintain your motivation throughout the process of performing your tasks:
- Always remind yourself why you want to do something

Think about why I do this
- Sometimes, we need some pressure to be able to complete certain tasks or projects. Speak out loud or write down the reasons why you need to perform and the benefits that the work gives you.
- For example, you might say, "For a good shape, I have to practice jogging right now." Or "To get an A, I need to do homework."
- Also, remind yourself of the danger of procrastination. Promise yourself to complete a job that can benefit you.
- For example, if you complete this task now, you will be returned soon. Or you can make the job more interesting if you eliminate the delay.
- In addition, once you have identified your dream, building a vision board (Vision Board) will bring about significant results. This is an extremely effective tool with images that show your goals in the future.

Make a to-do list
- If you have to solve a big and complex problem, you can break the work into sections to make it easier to implement. You should start from easy things and move to more difficult goals.
- For example, you will write this report in an hour, and to the meeting at 11 o'clock. After that will be lunch time.
- Besides, you need to plan daily tasks. Use different colors to mark tasks and execution time. This will make it easy for you to fulfill your goals.

Try making the work more interesting
- If you find it difficult to start a task, find a way to make your work more interesting. You can combine with people around you or challenge yourself to fulfill your dreams.
- For example, if you want to have a good shape but don't like going to the gym, you can join other activities like Zumba, barre or kickboxing.

Enjoy your own results
- Even if it's just a small achievement, you should have a reward to motivate the spirit. You can reward yourself with a snack, enjoy a massage or celebrate with friends. This will give you more motivation for the next task.

Take proper rest time
- You will get tired of having too much work to deal with. If it doesn't work, give me some time to rest.
- For example, close your eyes, take deep breaths and give yourself a few minutes to not think about work. After that, you will return to work. Now you will feel things are a lot easier.
- In addition, you need to limit doing many things at the same time so that productivity is not affected, or if so, only do light work. For example, you can either clean the furniture and listen to the phone, or arrange an appropriate time to check your email. This saves you time and doesn't distract you from work.

Always believe in yourself
- If you are having negative thoughts about something, criticize yourself. Then, give a positive comment and assert yourself that you can do what you want.
- Remember, you can complete the task if you put your mind into it. For example, instead of thinking, "I have too many things today and I can't do it all," you can "All the work will be completed ahead of time if I start working now"
