I. ACCEPTING TERMS

The following agreement is a legally binding agreement between You and PM-SELF-STUDY ("We"). The agreement includes the terms of service that you must comply with for access and use. Our services on the Web and our mobile applications, we may update the Terms of Service at our discretion without direct notification to you. II. RESPONSIBILITIES TO PROVIDED ACCOUNT AND PASSWORD

You will receive a password and account after completing the membership registration procedure. You are responsible for keeping your password and account confidential, and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under the use of your password or account. You agree (a) immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you always exit your account after each use. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.
If you provide an account to any third party who illegally uses our services and products, we will immediately terminate the provision of services and products to you. You will not have the right to appeal or claim us to compensate for any loss caused by the provision of this unauthorized account.

III. RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE INFORMATION

As a service user, you must commit:

(a) you are eligible to use the service (including the legal status and eligible behavior).
(b) provide complete, truthful and accurate information about yourself in the Personal Profile.
(c) Maintain and update promptly Personal records to ensure that this data is complete, truthful and accurate.

If you provide any information that is not truthful or inaccurate, or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect that the information is untrue or inaccurate, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account; deny part or all of the use of the Service at the present time or in the future.

IV. RESPONSIBILITY TO DOWNLOAD CONTENT

You should understand that you are solely responsible for the Content you create including but not limited to data, text, software, audio, images, videos, emails. We have no obligation to monitor posted material and therefore, do not guarantee the legality, accuracy, integrity or quality of such Content. In areas where Content may be posted, you may share permitted information in the formats we default and you must be solely responsible for the content, information, images and any other share between you and individual users or user groups. However, in any case, we are still entitled to handle the posted information in accordance with the customs, ethics and rules of national security, and we reserves the right to allow or not allow your posts to appear or exist in areas where information is allowed to be shared.

V. LIMITATION OF OPERATION

Without limitation to other remedies, we may terminate your participation, remove your information and refuse to provide services if:

(a). You misused the services and have unlawful or ethical activities.
(b). We have reasonable grounds to suspect that the information you have provided is untrue or inaccurate.
(c). We believe that your actions are fraud, tricky and may cause financial loss or liability to us.
(d). use of services for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
(e). violate our rights or third parties, including but not limited to intellectual property, copyright, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or privacy rights.
(f). dispersing malicious applications or attacking hijacking of systems, data or personal information.

VI. SECURITY

We do not sell or rent your information to third parties without your permission and we only use your information as described in the account registration.
We view user privacy protection as an important principle. You can review our current privacy policy.

VI. COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

By registering or using our website and services, you automatically agree and comply with all provisions of the Law of Vietnam.
In the event that one or more of the terms of this Terms of Use conflict with the provisions of the law and are considered invalid by the Court, that provision will be amended to comply with the law, and the rest of the Terms of Use remain the same.
